The Investment, The Goods: Company Dance/Performing Arts Portraiture  

Flat fee minimum: $700 up to 30 dancers (divided among dancers in attendance plus studio's contribution)

• Up to 6 hours of shooting at your studio
• 2 1/2 hours set up/break down/travel time/assistant
• Backdrop plus necessary lighting and equipment
• 3-5 days minimum post-process editing
• Hosted online gallery for viewing and print purchases. Each paid attendees receives 1 free 5x7 of their choice - plus 10% print discount when ordered within 21 days of gallery release
• Dance studio limited rights to access images for marketing purposes, up to one year at no additional cost

Sample Breakdown: $700 / 25 dancers = $24 per dancer + $100 studio contribution

*For studios with 30 to 50 dancers in attendance: $29 per dancer equivalent flat rate

In addition to the above services, and as a commitment to ways I can serve your studio, this commission also includes:

• Studio director/staff access to all images from our session for use in studio marketing
• Discounted rates for design/layout work for studio's marketing purposes such as show posters, mailers, etc.($30 per hour, posters average 5 hours)
• Reduced rates for theater full dress rehearsal performance coverage at $195, (images uploaded to online gallery for viewing and print purchases plus reduced rates of $5 per download for any use)
• Reduced rates for additional on-location outdoor/environmental sessions, which vary, depending on parameters

•  Free: Coverage of one in-studio rehearsal prior to performance (images uploaded to online gallery free to download for any purpose)
